Kivo Team. ("we," "us," "our") provides its services (the "KIVO") to you subject to the following User Agreement ("UA"). By registering for, accessing, browsing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this UA.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of 18, you are not allowed to use the App.

Kivo strictly adheres to Google Play policies and international standards prohibiting any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). The app does not create, share, or tolerate any content involving CSAE.

Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You Are Responsible for Your Content: You are solely responsible for the content you post, including text, photos, videos, and live streams ("User Content").

You Grant Us a License: By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display your content to operate, promote, and improve our services.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, pornographic, or sexually explicit.
• Infringing on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive.
• Bullying, harassing, or threatening.
• Spammy, including unauthorized advertising.
• Involves the transmission of viruses or malicious code.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Solicit passwords or personal information for commercial or unlawful purposes.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to collect information from the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.

The App may offer in-app purchases of virtual coins, gems, items, or subscriptions ("Virtual Items").

You acknowledge that Virtual Items are digital content, have no real-world value, and are not redeemable for money.

All sales of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and access to the App for any violation of this UA or for any other reason, with or without notice.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIOCONNECT INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

This UA shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may modify this UA from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
